Samantha Sweet breaks into houses for a living. When she finds an unmarked grave, Sam calls the authorities and feels an immediate spark when she meets Beau Cardwell, the deputy who responds to the call. A small mural in the abandoned house provides clues--add a fortune in artwork, a bogus will, and a wooden box that gives Sam powers she never dreamed she possessed and it's a dynamic paranormal romantic mystery.

I enjoyed reading this book, I would love to read the others but I am on a limited budget. Thanks for writing a clean book. I enjoyed it my Mother was born in Magdalena, NM and had heard strange things happened there before and after 1904 when my mother was born.

I found myself enjoying this story quite a bit. Especially that the heroine isn’t some airheaded teenager. Those of us with a few years on us do have functioning brain cells, and dreams we haven’t yet achieved. I like her, and her work ethics.
